Returns Policy
CLEARANCE SALE items are final sale, and no exchanges/refunds are allowed.
SALE items are not CLEARANCE SALE items and exchanges/refunds are allowed.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Our return policy is a guideline. We encourage a customer centric approach where we deal with each query individually, keeping the interest of the customer in mind.
No exchanges/returns will be accepted if:
- Item has been worn/washed
- Item is not in original packaging with tags
Anything extending beyond this time frame will be up to our discretion. Please note that wear and tear in the course of normal use, accidental damage or misuse is not considered a manufacturing fault.
Please note the following products cannot be returned or exchanged:
- For hygiene reasons, underwear may not be returned or exchanged.
- Gift vouchers will not be refunded.
Refunds:
We only process a refund once good are received by our DC and evaluated.
- We offer a FREE return shipping on exchanges or a store gift voucher.
- A restocking/ return label fee of $10 may be applied for "change of mind" purchases.
- Please note that Afterpay purchases are not eligible for refund & can only be returned for an online store credit.
- Shipping costs for orders are non refundable.
- Gift voucher: Within 1 day (during work hours).
- Refunds may only be issued in your original method of payment and will take approximately 3-7 business days to appear in your account depending on your bank.
