We handle everything:
- Simply print the FREE return label we email you, repackage and post the item back to us.
- Your new exchange order will follow, and you will be updated by emails along the way.
- Please note, if you have requested an exchange and the item is sold out, you will automatically be sent a gift voucher to shop for an item of your choice.
- We only process a refund once goods are received by us and evaluated.
- A restocking/ return label fee of $9.95 will apply.
- We offer a FREE return on exchanges or a store a store gift voucher.
- Gift voucher: Within 1 day (during work hours).
- Refunds may only be issued in your original method of payment and will take approximately 3-7 business days to appear in your account depending on your bank.
